Shamanic Meditation with Power Animal

Eva Oquendo is the daughter of North American Indian Chief Dancing Thunder, who inspires people worldwide as a medicine man, spiritual leader and teacher. Every month Eva organises a shamanic meditation with singing bowl experience based on the rituals of her tradition of the Susquehannock Tribe. Each session invites us to connect with the spirit of a specific animal or one of the elements to relive again our natural state of ‘well’ being.

What is a Shamanic Meditation?
What shamanism really is about you discover during one of our many workshops or long terms where you meet international shamans from Siberia, Puerto Rico, Mongolia or North America. Shamanism is one the oldest forms through which humanity found transformation, insights and healing. In shamanism we always need a shaman, a sort of spiritual leader of a culture who helped his people through transformations. A few simple methods a shaman uses are experienced during these meditations.

For more then 10.000 of years this type of meditations is being applied, even before the Ice Age. We connect with these ancient methods and its power to bring upon transformation that can go from stress release to healing deep traumas so they no longer create obstacles in one’s life.

Power Animal
During the shamanic meditation you can discover how the healing power of animals can transform your life. These totem animals or power animals can function as your “medicine” for healing. During the meditation a synchronization between the meditator and the animal can take place which can activate specific qualities. The totem can protect you and guide you on your path of learning life’s lessons. Each shamanic meditation is focused on one specific animal.
