As I look back on this transformative shamanic hypnosis sessions, I can only land in deep gratitude and acknowledgement for this powerful healing tool. Healing is about creating the right conditions for oneself to initiate his/her own healing, and there are many forms and expressions of that healing field. Hypnosis is one of them and I am sooo happy I got to know this. And how powerful is this!! It is about having direct communication with the subconscious of our beings and telling it that it can let go of its survival mechanisms.
