Before I began the first Temple Teachings 1 had no idea what awaited me. The description of the teachings on the Zennergi website resonated deeply, but only on the very last day of the Teachings did everything fall into place. Then I truly understood. The True Temple Teachings (TTT) are about doing and experiencing, and gaining real knowledge. You learn to find your way back to yourself and to deal with the day to day challenges of our physical reality. Before I started TTT 1, I had an insatiable hunger for knowledge (books, podcasts, videos, workshops), and that has largely subsided because the True Temple Teachings bring everything I had been searching for. One weekend of Temple Teachings had more impact on me than all the books I had read before. With True Temple Teachings 2 once more everything literally fell into place in the last weekend. Now, a few months after completing TTT 2, I look back at all the teachings and ceremonies and I realize how much we have experienced and how much knowledge we have gained. Truly incredible! In the moments when I fall back into old patterns I now have an enormous range of medicines at my disposal to shift my state of being. The medicine wheel of the True Temple Teachings is enormous and continues to grow. Admittingly it still takes a while before I become aware of my state of being and the mental fixations behind it, but my awareness is growing every day. I know I am following my purpose when there is no visible path in front of me, the path only becomes visible when I look back. The path of the True Temple Teachings is one of those amazing paths that I can see when looking back over my shoulders and the journey still continues. After completing both TTT I and TTT II, I know more and more who I truly am and the nature of true existence continues to unfold. I look back with a big smile at who I was before I began the teachings a few years ago. The changes have been gradual, continuous and profound for me. I can hardly imagine how much has changed in my inner landscape. For me the True Temple Teachings are a major renovation of the temple that I am . A renovation of my temple both on the inside (mind and spirit) and outside (body). The changes are fantastic for everyone around me and above all of course for myself. The way is the light, follow the light to the unending!

Joining Deep Trauma Healing started with some resistance on my part to sign up. In hindsight, this resistance is a familiar topic for me. It often arises when my body already knows that transformation is on the horizon, while my head (ego) thinks it is not a good idea to step onto the transformative path. After some time, I received a clear yes to take part in Deep Trauma Healing, so I registered, guided by an inner knowing that it was the right thing to do. The ceremonies and hypnosis sessions were powerful and impactful in resetting the brain, making steps toward purity and the health of both mind and body. After the weekend, and even now, two months later, I am still experiencing a sense of lightness. I have noticed, since the gathering, that debilitating programming and limiting beliefs have been shed and are no longer active, or at least far less influential on my being and functioning as a whole. My thanks to Michael and the other participants in the group for creating and maintaining a strong field to work within during the weekend. This has enabled me to build a solid foundation to continue working on and enjoying my physical and mental well-being. :-)
After participating in the kundalini 100 days health challenge I already felt more present in my body, more connected to the light. It brought me a deep sense of peace, and also challenged me to keep my promise to complete an impeccable act. The deep healing course went even deeper. The bone breathing is remarkable because nobody teaches you to connect with your bones, the main structure responsible for every living cell in our bodies. I feel deeply connected to my body and rejuvenated with immense light and healing. Old programs and patterns are released and replaced with positivity, happiness and strong , health! Een bijzondere cursus van een bijzondere sjamaan: Michael. Healing en inzicht processen worden uitgelegd en direct beoefend, enige interessante achtergrond informatie maar vooral veel praktijk. Zoals Michael zei: het gaat niet per sé om het drummen op zich, maar vooral om wie er drumt en de spirituele instelling van die persoon, pas dan wordt het een healing proces. Was altijd al wel geïnteresseerd in sjamanisme, maar deze cursus / ervaring voegt er toch wel een nieuwe dimensie aan toe. In het sjamanisme is de zuiverheid van de sjamaan van het grootste belang, zo leerde Michael ons, en hijzelf is zo iemand. Dank je wel Michael en de andere deelnemers aan de cursus voor deze bijzondere ervaring die nog lang zal nawerken en ook diepere lagen in mezelf heeft aangeboord.
