In the Karine’s Cranio sessions I experienced a lot of openness, stillness and the space to explore, whatever my system wanted to explore, release, digest. Karine offers a clear and caring frame, guiding me through the different phases. I enjoyed every time at the beginning of each session, that she took the time to help me connecting with a resource. That resource functioned as an extra support. Karine also dared to explore places of my system that are not so usual, like for example a release from the inside of the mouth. I felt I totally could and can trust her, even when things get vulnerable or delicate. Onze teambuilding bij Zennergi was op zijn minst gezegd een “verademing”. Wij werden vooreerst hartelijk ontvangen door Michael en Eva, waarna we van start gingen met de lachyoga waarbij we werden begeleid op de djembé. Daar waar het lachen eerst onwennig voor kwam, waren wij snel ontspannen en kwam de sfeer er snel in, en ging deze les op volle dreef. Een zeer aparte ervaring en een aanrader voor elk team om eens even op een andere manier met mekaar om te gaan. Na de lachyoga hebben we ons geblinddoekt mogen uitleven op muziek, een introductie gekregen in de yoga en meditatievormen en werden ons stress release oefeningen aangeleerd die makkelijk toepasbaar zijn. Tijdens het Dreamtime Healing Concert waren we allen zwaar onder de indruk van de muzikale talenten en de hemelse stem van Eva, magisch gewoon! Wij en onze medewerkers hebben genoten van deze activiteit en kunnen deze ten volle aanbevelen.
