Who am I as a young woman? What is my place in life? Where do I belong?
When Women Dance is a poetic and creative journey into dance and dance rituals, that bring us more deeply into our female bodies and let us experience our connection to the moon. To meet our true nature and to discover who we are through our various expressions.
Through dance we remember the true stories of womenhood, and let them unfold through us in movement.

We surrender to the creative powers of our feminine body. We let our body unfold from within. By simply listening and giving space to all the sensations, we allow our dancing bodies to surrender to the present moment. Here we learn about dance.
We navigate together through space and time and learn to express the different movement qualities and dynamics. We encounter various ways of expressing in rhythm and movement, carried by diverse music.

We awaken the drums to awaken our inner one. We discover the rhythms that are truely ours. To find trust in the wisdom of our dancing bodies. Our dances are interwoven with questions around our becoming into womenhood and our connection to the moon. We move through topics around our body and our fertilty cycle. Here we can understand our moontime and experience the connection to the moon.

Corinna White Bear
Corinna is a healer, ritual dancer, and artist. She holds the knowledge of the womb and wisdom of dance. She teaches all generations through dance and follows her call to create dance ceremonies. She is a student of various eldest traditions.

About Sarah Sounds 

Singer-songwriter and ceremonial musician Sarah Sounds shares her music during concerts, ceremonies, retreats and circles. Her powerful, healing sounds invite us to become still, feel and listen deeply. Coming home to ourselves and to the magic of everyday life. She also holds spaces for us to explore our own sounds during voice expression workshops, intuïtive music making and singing circles.

This evening she invites us on a musical journey within. We can receive her original songs and free expression as a soundbath and join with our own voices as well. Listening and expressing from a place of stillness and allowing, beyond judgement or expectation. Listening to the music, ourselves and the whole, we will weave our sounds and silence together. Connecting with and welcoming Life as it is right now.

Why embodiment? Why it is important to fully be grounded and present: connected and attuned in spirit, heart and will. Rooted in our physical beings allows our life forces to freely flow through us. The 13 creative moons refer to the thirteen moons in a year and the changes of our creative powers according to the different phases during a month. In alignment with their original rhythm, we weave back the origin principle of time. In it, we give birth to ourselves and to all our creations. Here we can experience the cyclical and creative nature of us women.

Reclaiming who we are happens by dancing, through experiencing the movements, rythms and dynamics that truly belong to us. This guided dance journey takes you on a transformative and joyful experience. We reconnect with our womb and heart space to awaken our movements and healing rythms. Dancing, we listen deeply to our sensations and feelings and let the different sounds of the various instruments carry us through the evening.

We will open our dance ceremony in a circle with prayers, setting intentions, drumming and with Corinna’s dance. Then to join into our common dancing. We end with an integrational relaxation.

Ceremonial Dreamtime Dances are sensitively guided journeys to awaken our perceptual sensations – a physical remembering and balancing to come back into harmony and communication with ourselves. In dreamtime reality, our heightened awareness helps body, mind and spirit become one, and centered within ourselves. Being part of the dance in ceremony is a multi layered joyful and sensorial experience, nourished by the medicine of various rythms and sounds.

The whale as a power animal blends the conscious and unconscious.  Dreaming with the Whale takes us on a journey of deeper awareness, inner navigation, purification and transformation with the power of her song, dive and breathwork. Whale is an excellent navigator and reminds that you are capable of learning what you need to know in order to succeed. Whale will simultaneously show you how to dive deep within yourself to bring to light any limiting patterns and also reconnect you with ancestral gifts enabling you to develop your creativity and imagination to live an enchanted life here in the “real world”.

This transformative workshop includes journeying with drums, sounds and breathwork.

Contra indication: shamanic journey is suitable for all, but the breathwork in the afternoon is not suitable for pregnant ladies or people suffering from heart or lung conditions, epilepsy, psychosis.

Karine Mouflin is a biodynamic craniosacral  therapist, breathwork coach, she is also an energy healer/shaman from different traditions (Tibetan, Māori, Native Indian, Siberian) working on trauma and transgenerational healings. During the second part of the ceremony you consciously breath in and out intensively towards the medicine. During this active part of the ceremony Michael Star Stone & Karine Diamond Dragonfly will take you through an intensive breathwork ceremony for 30 min. After this you will fully relax and dream for another 30 min. in the healing light of the medicine and the beautiful dream music. This is the moment of profound realizations and light transformations, also called healing.

Preparation for this healing ceremony:
The ceremonial alignment is done in conjunction with a powerful breathing technique. You are invited to start the ceremony the day before by adjusting your diet and consume light meals. The day itself it is recommended to not eat 2 hours before the start of the ceremony and only drink water and relaxing tea.
