De 4 Breaths of Silence is geen ademhalingstechniek, maar wel een ademhalingsroutine waarbij je leert om continue het licht van stilte in en uit te ademen in verbinding met de bron van dit licht. Je zal via verschillende rituelen dit licht steeds dieper verankeren terwijl specifieke teachings je helpen bij verdere integratie.

Voor wie?

1. Fysieke vederlichte ademhaling van onzichtbaarheid: Je leert onzichtbaar ademen zoals de Samurai
2. Ontmoeting met het licht van het grootmoederveld van Silent Feather
3. Blessing van Stilte om het hersengebied dat overvloedig denken in stand houdt, te de-programmeren naar diepe stilte.
4. Pijnappelklier ademhaling: je leert vanuit de pineal gland – die het licht reguleert – te ademen zoals ten tijde van de grote oude beschavingen. Destijds was deze klier veel groter en essentieel voor spirituele ontwaking en het beleven van diepe meditatieve staten.

Je leert letterlijk zo licht als een veer te worden en te ademen, samen met het licht van het grootmoederveld van Silent Feather.
