Healing Trip to Mongolian Gobi Desert

The Sand Healing Mountain, Uush, is a great healing place with ancient Mongolian mystical healing powers. It’s situated in the middle of the Gobi Desert, which is an extremely significant location.

The Middle Gobi Desert, which lies in the Southern part of Mongolia, is the fifth largest desert in the world. A fact: dinosaurs’ eggs were discovered for the very first time in Gobi in 1922. Nowadays many international groups of people come to Mongolia just for this unique healing place.

This trip is great for those who really want to be cured by the special healing power of the sand, which you can only find in the Gobi Desert. The sand is not the same as normal sand; it has many different minerals that are essential for our body and has a very fine structure that absorbs a lot of sun energy and lots of oxygen.

If you put the grains of the sand on your tongue, they will melt away. During the day, the temperature of the sand is between 60°- 90° Celsius.

What is it healthy for ?

It is an excellent and very special nature method for: mineral deficiency, oxygen deficiency, toxicity, back problems, osteoarthritis of osteoporosis, rheumatic fever, lever, kidney, uterus (womb), disease and the effects of injuries of the musculoskeletal system, nervous system, high and low blood pressure problem, the male and female reproductive system, infertility, skin diseases and swelling of the body and legs, etc.

Scientifically proven

Our skin is the largest organ of our body and second is the long.

According to Norwegian scientists is 1 hour sweating the same as 24hours urinating. There are many scientific researches that show us that many medical treatments are based on the function of our skin.

Sauna

Hyperthermia therapy

Sweat-lodge: shamanic ancient healing method

Mineral bathwater with different minerals that our body needs

Detoxing bath with special minerals and herbs with warm bathwater that take out toxicity from your body through the skin

Oxygen bathwater with extra oxygen

Thermo warm bathwater, which is used to increase the body temperature and so on

Healing vacation

You will get the all of this treatment in one with your healing vacation.

The sand healing ancient nature method means that you’re going to be covered by hot sand in the sand mountains. You will sweat a lot like in a sauna or sweat lodge. The purpose of this process is sweating, so that special sand minerals will melt on your skin. Your pores will open up from the heat of the sand, while the toxins in your body will be released and at the same time will our body absorb the minerals, oxygen, sun energy and powerful healing energy from the sand mountain and also from the powerful healing place. Sweating leads to relaxation of the lever and kidneys, which means that they are able to reproduce new cells.

Totally covered by the sand is also a sort of shamanic dead ritual, which you can interpret as rebirth.

Schedule

You’ll get twice a day a sunbath & hot sand treatment, but the time will vary each day. You’ll also get boiled fresh camel milk twice a day, which is a part of the treatment and has a very good effect on your inner organs (drink as you prefer). Mongolian Camel Milk is a staple food for Gobi-Desert Nomads and it has more fat and protein than cow milk.

Everyday, we will do a shamanic ceremony, ritual or guided meditation and silent walk. After the first day of the healing treatment, we’ll visit Nature places of the area, such as beautiful nature spots and wildlife. (There are no mosquitos)

Very unique and life changing experience!
The trip will be guided in English, but we also have a German translator.

Only vegetarian food will be offered, but for those who would like to have gluten-free or meat can be arranged. The sand healing camp offers fresh sheep meat of high quality for her patients every two days.

Golden Eagle Festival

Last part of the trip takes you to Bayan-Ulgii province where you immerse in a completely different atmosphere: famous Golden eagle festival! This festival is one of the traditional cultural heritages. During the two days festival, you have the chance to get thousands of amazing images of trained eagles and educate more about the Kazakhs’ traditions. “It was especially interesting for us to see everything, including the national dress of hunters and horse accessories during the Eagle Festival. We also witnessed the eagles diving down from the peak of the mountain to their masters, and the young people competing with each other to capture leather bags. It’s wonderful to think that all this is not just a game, but a way of life.”

-Worldwide news-
Mighty hunters with their eagles gather for the Eagle-Festival every year. Last year, a 14year old girl named Aisholpan participated along with them. Her older brother became a soldier, so she decided to become an eagle trainer, as her father wanted her brother to be. Aisholpan won the “Best Horse and Eagle Equipment” prize at the festival and became the first female eagle trainer to gain recognition in the community. “National Geographic photographer David Edwards dubbed the golden eagles as ‘dinosaurs with feathers’.”

Mongolian Altai Mountains
First part of the trip brings you into a magnificent area. The region is home to snow capped mountains; glacial valleys, forests and beautiful lakes and rivers create a majestic setting. The name “Altai” means “Golden Mountain’ in Mongolian. It is one of the last untouched wilderness areas of the Earth, the stunning beauty of these peaks – Mongolia’s highest, with several reaching upwards of 4000 meters. Altai Tavan Bogd (Holy Five Peaks) has five high peaks, which have three large interconnected glaciers. The largest is the Potanin Glacier, which are 17 km long ancient petro glyphs. This area’s climate is extremely unpredictable. “You may observe four seasons in one day: the sun will shine, but then it may snow or rain.” Traveling through this spectacular landscape gives you the opportunity to interact with local nomadic families and experience the unique culture that has been preserved in this remarkable and isolated part of the world. “Altai Mountains are one of the best walks in Mongolia and even one of the best in the entire world.”

Shamanic rituals, connection with power places and nature.

Day 1: We will meet together at a main airport in your country and fly in the morning or in the afternoon. We will arrive to Barnaul next day at morning time.

Day 1-2: We will visit Teleckoye lake.

Teletskoye Lake – It’s the largest lake in the Altai. The maximum depth of the lake is about 330 meters.

The name has his origin as one of the lakes of the Altai tribe Teleuts. The lake is often called the younger brother of Lake Baikal. Just like the Baikal Lake it is very deep, stretched between the mountains and has a much greater length than width, it falls into many rivers and streams (80), and follows only one river – Biya.

In the Altai Lake Teletskoye it is called Altyn Kol, which means “Golden Lake”.

Filled with mountain water it is a cold, deep lake during the year. In the upper zone, beneath the surface, is even in hot summer days the temperature of the water rarely above 10 ° C.

Day 3-4: We will visit Karakol – 7 mountains lakes.

Karakol Lakes – a group of seven picturesque alpine lakes.

Karakol lakes are from glacial-tectonic origin. The basins of the lakes are located on the steps of a giant cirque stairs. The lowest, the seventh lake, lies at an altitude of

about 1800 meters above sea level. Uppermost, the first lake, at nearly 2,100 mtr. The size of the lakes decreases with increasing altitude, as well as the temperature of water in them. The largest lake is 440 m in length, and with a width of 350 m it has an area of about 12 hectares. Thanks to a significant elevation changes the Karakol lakes cover a wide range of climatic zones. The lakes are surrounded by mountain massifs and cedar taiga forest. Above the trees you’ll find alpine meadows with a wide variety of colors, but for a small area of the upper lakes characteristic flora and fauna of alpine tundra.

The lakes are connected with each other and the streams are separated by distances of 300-800 meters. To make the ascent hiking, from the bottom of the lake to the top, will take a couple of hours. The water in the lakes is cold and clear, almost no aquatic vegetation, as well as fish. So when fishing, being muffled well is necessary. In the region of Karakol lakes flow many streams and small rivers with beautiful waterfalls.

Day 5-6: We will travel to a place with many petroglyph (pictures on the rocks).

Altai, without exaggeration, can be called a country of petroglyphs. In Altai they are found almost everywhere.

Petroglyphs have been known to the local population as “bichiktu-kai” or “bichiktu-Boom” – painted by a rock. Often the “bichiktu-kai” which have been preserved not only show drawings but also inscriptions, usually rune. A similar petroglyph name as “inscriptions” were distributed in Siberia in the 18th and 19th century.

The petroglyphic complex Yalbak-Tash (Kalbak-Tash) is one of the largest concentration of rock paintings in the Altai Mountains, from different periods (Bronze Age till the period of ethnographic age). Studies in the 70/80-ies of the complex generated enormous interest throughout the scientific world for this monument.

Researchers estimate “Kalbak-Tash” has ca. 8000 figures and inscriptions. Among them are shapes of various animals as ungulates and predators carved on the smooth rock surface with runic inscriptions, drawn by the migrating, ancient Turkic. Under a large rock monolith with pictures apparently the altar of sacrifice was placed. These days, this place is still a cult object. The complex runic inscriptions are the largest within Russia.

It is located 7 km west of the village Iodro Ongudai area.

Chronologically, the images can be attributed to the Bronze Age (final stage), Scythian, Hun-Sarmatian, the Ancient era. There is a monument, covering the history of art from the end of the Gorno-Altai 2nd millennium BC till the end of the 19th century.

Day 7:

We will stay near the village Tungur (translated from the Altai language: shamanic drum). We will see Belukha Mountain from a distance.

Mount Belukha

For local residents the sacred mountain of Belukha whale is a symbol of purity of spirit, and the center of the universe.

By Altaic legends, Belukha is the umbilical cord of the earth. Not accidentally, in Hindu mythology is precisely the Belukha mountain (Meru), on which rests the whole world.

There is a legend that tells that during a period on earth of earthquakes and floods, a war is going on, and many people will die. But in front of Belukha everything stops. From the mountains comes a woman. She will stop the war, and then the “golden world” begins. Interestingly, the Belukha is a mountain of a woman with a child.

According to the ecological traditions of the Altai, Russian, Kazakh population, all sources under Belukha are healing springs. Medical fields are yellow, gray, blue, white and red clay in the surrounding Belukha spurs. In the eyes of the local population has a belukha an aesthetic value. From it originated the most beautiful rivers of the Altai, here are the most popular natural features – lakes and waterfalls.

Modern mystics in the continuation of the teachings of Roerich believe that between the highest peak of Altai and the Himalayas is a certain energy bridge. They argue that it is energizing the people, contributing to longer life, youth, and even the attainment of immortality. Roerich for belukha and approaches to it – a place with space.

August 15-29, 2020: Together with Indigenous Shaman Bulgan Windhorse you will travel through the Northern Mongolian Siberian Forest ‘Taiga’. During this trip, you will visit the reindeer family, meet with a Tsaatan shaman, ride horses, reindeers, do long distance hiking and experience shamanic meditations. You will experience the Mongolian traditional dwelling by sleeping in tents and “Ger” (Yurt).

Tsaatan Nomads
Tsaatan (reindeer herders) are one of the last indigenous tribes, who survived for thousands of years inhabiting, Northern Mongolia, the remotest subarctic taiga, moving between 5-10 times a year. Presently, only 44 families remain, their existence is threatened by the dwindling number of their domesticated reindeer and are considered a dying culture.

The Tsaatan people have evolved an extraordinary and unique way of life, dependent both on their reindeer and the forests where they hunt. They aspire not to disturb the ecological balance and live a sacred life, cultivating their spirituality, valour and intellectual powers The Tsaatan rely on the animal for most, if not all, of their basic needs, such as: first foremost for transport, milk, which is also used to make all kinds of dairy products and antlers, which are used to make tools. Unlike most Mongolians they don’t live in ‘Ger’ but in tepees, made primarily of birch bark. They are the most exotic and mystical people.

“They are the most exotic and mystical people”
The Tsaatan worship “The Eternal Blue Sky and Mother Earth” and retained an ancient, unusual culture based on shamanistic rituals. They do not use the reindeer for meat. This makes the indigenous group unique among reindeer- herding communities. It’s because of the spiritual connection between the Tsaatan and their reindeer.

Indigenous Shamanism
Shamanism, one of the oldest religious beliefs, still exists among Mongolians today in a close relationship with an original ideology that values an existence congruent with nature and Tengrism (the belief to worship the sky). Tengrists believe the Sky, Earth, Nature and Spirits of their ancestor’s guard and bless all people. The Shamanistic practices among Tsaatans differ from those of other Shamanistic religions in the region. Shaman worship among the Tsaatan people is thought to represent the oldest variant of Shamanism practiced by Mongolian nomads. Not only do they worship their Shaman, but they have many mystical holy books as well, and use many different treatises in their daily lives, including those for hunting and for calling or banishing the rain.

One of a kind
Mongolian shaman Bulgan will lead the whole trip. Bulgan is known worldwide for her shamanic teachings. As she comes from the Khalh family in Mongolia – a well- known and direct family line of Shamans – she is a traditional and gifted wisdom keeper and healer. She is part of the World Master Teachers and works with her homeland shamans.

“Despite facing hardships and prejudice, a tiny, marginalized community of indigenous tribe is attracting the most honored photographers, scientists, journalists and people from all around the world with their unique style of living.”

May 3-13, 2019: One of the greatest ways to revitalise your mind and body is through the life changing white birth sap healing retreat in Mongolia. Thousands of kilometers of white birch tree forests provide an incredible scenery filled with this unique living drink. During this 13 day inner journey Altai Shaman Bulgan will guide you on this deep detox with her teachings, shamanic rituals and knowledge of this high energy source drink.

Birch Tree Sap from Mongolia

Birch sap is the sap directly tapped from white birch tree. Traditionally it has been viewed as a part of nature’s renewable energy cycle, harvested once a year at the break of spring when birch trees awaken after winter dormancy and their sap begins to flow from tree root to tree tip budding leaves. The birch sap is a slightly sweet, thin syrupy-watery liquid. This sap is one of the best living energy source you can drink.

It is unique living water elixir which has magical restorative and detoxifying properties, a source of eternal youth and be used as medicinally, externally or internally for centuries in Northern countries as Siberia – Mongolia, North Asia, North Europe and North America.

Healing benefits of drinking white birch sap:

The Birch sap is a very powerful blood-purifying agent. Nowadays, birch sap is used across the globe and is considered to be a highly-effective detoxifying agent that targets two key organs and two major cleansing and purification systems at the same time.

Powerful diuretic properties: The liver (choleresis): by capturing and neutralizing toxic waste products. The kidneys (diuresis): by eliminating and filtering waste through the urinary tract.

Significant anti-ageing, anti-carcinogenic, and anti-thrombotic (anti-clotformation) effects, headaches, bronchitis, cough, radiculitis and arthritis and also at rheumatism, high cholesterol, heart and kidney edema, and cystitis.

– Stimulate the metabolism and aid in better digestion, destroys uric stones, effective at treatment of stomach and liver ulcer.

-Eliminating cellulite from the body and treats problems like obesity over time.

-Skin conditions like eczema, dermatitis, furunculous and other skin irritations.

-It contains substances possessing antimicrobial activity (phytoncide) and has been used as a cosmetic face-wash – cleaning, refreshing and renewing the skin.

Also your skin and hair will experience an amazing difference with this great drink.

But what, exactly, is in this unique living drink and why does it have such an impressive reputation?

According to the website of Byarozavik, one of the biggest American birch water brands, the basic nutritional profile of birch sap is very similar to its coconut cousin — but with a couple of impressive nutritional extras.

The other super-ingredient that birch water boasts and coconut water does not is xylitol — a sweetener with 40 per cent fewer calories than sugar.

Xylitol is a healthy sugar alternative and perfect for diabetics. Benefits include dramatic tooth decay reduction if used with our gum, mints, or candy.

Unlike coconut water, birch sap contains compounds called saponins, which research are said to have powerful cholesterol-reducing properties.

Clinical studies have suggested that these health-promoting components, saponins, affect the immune system in ways that help to protect the human body against cancers, and also lower cholesterol levels.Saponins decrease blood lipids, lower cancer risks, and lower blood glucose response. A high saponins diet can be used in the inhibition of dental caries and platelet aggregation, in the treatment of hypercalciuria in humans, and as an antidote against acute lead poisoning.

Birch sap contains minerals that most important for human body such as 6 electrolytes: calcium, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc and sodium, vital vitamins, natural sugars, natural carbohydrates, iron, copper, sodium, amino acid, bioactive enzymes, very rich in vitamin C and B-vitamins like thiamine. It helps to relieve stiff muscles and joints, strengthening the bones and boosting overall immunity. (Electrolytes help to control fluid levels in the body, maintain normal pH levels, and ensure the correct electric potential between nerve cells that enables the transmission of nerve signals.)

Birch tree contains betulinic acid that gives it its anti-inflammatory properties, which are helpful in treating conditions like arthritis, high cholesterol, heart and kidney edema, and cystitis.

Also, birch tree contains strong astringent properties that make it an effective natural treatment for skin conditions like eczema, dermatitis, furunculous and other skin irritations.

Birch bud and leaves are commonly juiced and this juice is used for treating inflammations and infections of the urinary tract, edema, and renal calculosis.

The buds of the birch tree are a rich source of vitamin C, tannin, and flavonoids.

We will tap the birch sap ourselves for daily use and drink 1.5 l per day and we will do half fasting. The standard food that will be offering is vegetarian food, but for those who would like to have gluten free or meat, we can arrange that.

Mongolian Shaman Bulgan
Bulgan comes from an ancient and direct shamanic family tradition passed on from generation to generation. She is internationally known as a wisdom keeper. Sourced by the Mongolian tradition she brings back in balance the female energy and inspires thousands of women on her travels through Europe during the months she leaves Mongolia to spread her teachings and rituals. Apart from her Mongolian family she is also part of the world wide recognised “World Master Teachers” group. This label underlines and protects the exceptional knowledge, wisdom and transformational power that resides in the shamanic familylines certain Shamans belong to.

For what is it healthy?

It is an excellent and very special nature method for: mineral deficiency, oxygen deficiency, toxicity, back problems, osteoarthritis of osteoporosis, rheumatic fever, lever, kidney, uterus (womb), disease and the effects of injuries of the musculoskeletal system, nervous system, high and low blood pressure problem, the male and female reproductive system, infertility, skin diseases and swelling of the body and legs, etc.

Scientifically proven

Our skin is the largest organ of our body and second is the long.

According to Norwegian scientists is 1hour sweating the same as 24hours urinating.
